The Blue Print Group of companies engage with various strategic partners with an active involvement in various
fields.
The primary focus of the Blue Print Group of companies is to take large tracts of underdeveloped land and in collaboration with government human settlements departments, private landowners and financial institutions transform them into thriving communities. These developments include low-cost and affordable housing as well as a range of community buildings and areas such as schools, playgrounds, parks and clinics to serve the home owners.
The Blue Print Group of companies is one of the most prominent players in the country, with involvement in major developments in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga and the Western Cape with involvement in the construction of over 35 000 houses. Most notable of these developments is the 200ha Cosmo City Project, North of Johannesburg. This initiative, one of the first of its kind in South Africa, is an integrated settlement which includes accommodation across three categories:
- RDP Housing - wholly subsidised by government
- Social Rental Housing - partly subsidised by government
- Credit-link housing - partly subsidised by government /financial institution
- Bonded Housing - owner financed through a home loan from a financial institution
